The PVC Insulated Multi Core Flexible Cables are made from single core insulated wires and then sheathed to multiple core cables and wires. Multicore insulated copper cables and wires offer flexibility through the use of pure copper wire stranding and pliable PVC compounds sheathing. This cables are ideal for use on portable or movable equipment or where flexibility will make installation considerably easier.

Conductor :
Conductor for Cables are drawn from electrolytic grade copper to ensure compliance with global standards. Annealed conductors are bunched together on custom built heavy duty bunching machines to impart concrete to the conductor.
Insulation:
To manufacture multicore cables, the insulated cores are laid up to from a concentric shape. Inner cores are coded for identification as per National/International coding system or as per customer's specifications.
Outer sheathing is also provided with special soft PVC compound to minimize chances of electrical failure which may cause damage to expensive appliances, instruments & machinery etc.
Note: The Conductor construction given above is indicative only and will be such that all requirements of strand diameter and conductor resistance as per IS:694 and IS:8130 are met. Polywin Industries will not be liable for damages arising due to incorrect installations.
